Payment | Cancellation
PAYMENT
Deposit of 30% of the total accommodation charge is required to confirm a provisional reservation and full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival.
Extras may be settled in camp.
CANCELLATION POLICY
120 – 45 days – 75% of full amount
45 days or less – 100% of full amount
Bookings are not transferable
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
Guests may arrive any time from 12h00.
Rooms are to be vacated by 10h00.
Please inform us about your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours before.
Children
Children of all ages are welcome at the Lodge.
Children ages 0 - 4 are free of charge.
Children ages 5 - 11 can share a room with their parents.
